Romance Novels for Sale by the Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library are selling sets of romance novels, at the great price of $1, just in time for Valentine's Day. Each set contains 3 novels bound in colorful ribbon with candies attached. Please look for them on display in front of the circulation desk.

Mystery Readers' Meeting, February 19th

"Grapes of Wrath" Community Read



The Tulare County Library and the Visalia Times Delta are looking for local book clubs who would like to join us in a community read in celebration of the 75th anniversary of The Grapes of Wrath. We encourage local book clubs to host readings and book discussions during the month of April.  If your group is interested in participating please sign up (by phone or in person) at the reference desk of the Tulare County Library Visalia Branch.
