If you are a kid or parent-- don’t make any plans this Friday
other than visiting the library!
Visit the Visalia Branch library on October 28th
for free movies and crafts.
At 2pm, we will show Hotel Transylvania. This is the story of
Dracula, the resort owner, who tries to steer clear of the human world. His
plans are foiled when a human boy discovers the resort and falls in love with
Dracula’s daughter, Mavis. This film is rated PG (parental guidance recommended)
and is 91 minutes long.
At 3:30pm, we will create monster crafts. We have supplies for you to create horrible or silly or cute monster masks.
We will provide treat bags for you to decorate, too—treat bags that can also be hand puppets (and much more!)
At 4pm, we will watch Hotel Transylvania 2. This continues the story of Mavis and Dracula, who has relaxed his no-humans in the hotel rule. Dracula begins to worry when Dennis, his half-human, half vampire grandson show no signs of being a vampire. He tries to awaken the vampire within with his friends. Hijinks ensue. This film is rated PG and is 89 minutes long.
This event is free thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Tulare County Library.
