The Winter Meals Program gives us the opportunity to provide all youth 1-18 with a nutritious lunch during the winter break. Thanks to our partnership with Fresno EOC, the Tulare County Library will offer nutritious lunches which include sandwiches, fruit, vegetables, crackers, and milk for every child Tuesday-Friday, 12/19/17 through 1/5/18.
