On Thursday, February 15th, 2018 at 6:30 pm, Corporal Ixchel Franks of
the Tulare County Sheriff's Department Public Relations Unit will give a
presentation on "Child Internet Safety : a conversation for Adults”. Corporal
Franks will talk about cyberbullying, human trafficking and social media
safety.
