Children's September Crafts at the Tulare County Library

September is Library Card Sign Up Month, so it is fitting that our first craft in the branch libraries lets children design their own library card! In the weeks that follow, honor 9/11, craft your own R2-D2, and make a crocodile.  Here is the schedule for kids to enjoy:
