Local author and historian, John Bergman, will speak about his book, The Southern San Joaquin Valley: A Railroad History, Fresno to Bakersfield, at the Visalia library on March 12th. This event--sponsored by the Friends of the Tulare County Library--begins at 7:00 PM and will feature a model railroad layout provided by the Visalia Electric Railroad Modelers.
