Storytimes at the Visalia Library during Summer Reading Program


 
During the Summer Reading Program, the Visalia Library will be having two storytimes.

Toddler Storytime will continue on Tuesday at 10 am. This storytime is meant for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. Enjoy stories, songs and playtime! The dates: 6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, and 7/17.

Pajama-rama will be Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Come in your favorite pajamas for an evening of bedtime stories and songs! This storytime is meant for all ages. The dates: 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, and 7/18.

Birdwatching 101, Tue 5/8 6 pm, Visalia Library


Join us as the Sequoia Parks Conservancy presents a fun program on how to watch birds, identify bird anatomy, and spot types of birds. Participants will practice bird watching using tablets and will know more about bird watching at home and in the wild.

Wednesday, May 9th from 2:30 – 5PM
We supply paper, cutouts, stickers, colored pens, glue on gems and you create a card for your mother, grandmother, family member or a neighbor. You can make up to 3 cards.
 
MAKING PICTURE FRAMES
Friday, May 11th from 2:30 – 5PM
We supply unfinished frame (1), paint. cutouts, stickers, glue on gems.  We will also supply popsicle sticks, puzzle pieces and ribbon for making flowers or other gifts.  Bring a photo or we can copy a photo for you to use in making your frame or flower. If you want to personalize your craft, bring a small photo or image to include.
