Join us for the re-dedication of the Robin Fountain (Birdbath) on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 9:00AM. The fountain, located at the east entrance of the library, was commissioned in 1943 and created by Tulare Country artist, Carroll Barnes. The fountain was originally dedicated in July of 1944 and was restored to its original condition in 2009.
