The library will host a free showing of the independent film, Alamar, on January 20th at 6:30pm in the upstairs "blue" room. In this 73-minute Spanish film (with English subtitles) set in Mexico, Jorge is intent on teaching his 5-year-old son about their Mayan heritage.Independent Film Night is just one of several ongoing, free events planned for our adult library users.
