The Tulare County Library Literacy Programs will again offer a Professional Grant Writing Class, facilitated by Changing Career Concepts, on October 1, 2011, from 8 am to 3 pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Cost of this training is $79.00 - all of which will be donated to the Tulare County Library Literacy Programs by the facilitator.
