All libraries in the Tulare County Library system (that are usually open on Fridays) will be opening late on Friday, December 16, due to a mandatory staff meeting. (Note: The Lindsay branch will be closed all day on the 16th.)The Visalia Library will open at 1:00pm and all other branches will open at 2:00pm.
