Beijing and Beaux-Arts on a Budget, July 24

Teresa Rios-Spicer, adventurer extraordinaire, shares travel tips and budget basics for everyone on Friday, July 24 at 4:00 pm at the Visalia Branch Library.

Ms. Rios-Spicer’s presentation, “Travel on the Cheap,” covers the twelve countries she has visited outside of the United States. Join in the excitement as Mrs. Rios-Spicer shares her past travel itineraries and budget-friendly tips spanning twelve international countries. While she has been as far away as China, the place closest to her heart is Paris!

Following “Travel on the Cheap,” join us for our final Adult Summer Reading event “To Hell and Back” scheduled for Thursday, July 30—a theatrical performance by Duffy Hudson portraying World War II hero Audie Murphy.
