Libraries Closed the Morning of September 18
All Tulare County Branch Libraries that are usually open on Friday mornings, will only be open from 2 PM to 6 PM this Friday, September 18, 2009, due to a mandatory staff meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
