President Obama has designated September 11 as the National Day of Rememberance and Service, in part, to help "usher in a new era in which volunteering and more service is a way of life for all Americans."The Tulare County Library, and all of its branches, would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank all the individuals who volunteer their time at our libraries and Literacy Center.
