Libraries Opening Late, August 2nd

All libraries in the Tulare County Library System (that are usually open on Fridays* ) will be opening at 2pm on Friday, August 2nd, due to a mandatory staff meeting.

*The Visalia Library will open at it's regular time: 12:00pm.
