As one of the series of summer adult events, the Tulare County Library is hosting a free program at the Sam Peña Planetarium on Thursday evening, July 17.
The *Stars and Stories* presentation will feature imaginary trips in our solar system and information on various astronomy subjects. The program will begin promptly at 6:30 pm, and participants must be there before that time in order to be admitted. The event ends at 8 pm, and seating capacity is limited to 70.
The Sam Peña Planetarium has a thirty-foot Spitz dome screen and an automated Spitz A3P star projector. A full dome digital projection system is used for all presentations.
